How to Switch from Loganix to RankControl Without Losing Data

Loganix answers the biggest migration worry on its own SEO packages page. Asked about minimum terms, it says the packages run month to month and can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day cancellation period. Then it adds that it doesn't pull the backlinks it built or hold your logins hostage. "Everything you've already paid for is yours to keep."

Loganix SEO packages FAQ saying there are no minimum terms, services run month to month with a 30-day cancellation period, and the backlinks built stay with the customer

So switching from Loganix isn't a rescue job. Your links sit on other people's sites, and the articles you ordered were delivered to you as files. What you can lose is the record of which link went where and when it went live. That record decides whether you can still claim a replacement under Loganix's six-month link guarantee, and it's the baseline for whatever you do next. This guide covers what to save, how to time the notice, and where each Loganix service lands in RankControl. If you're still comparing, our RankControl vs Loganix breakdown covers pricing, tracking and the verdict. Loganix's pricing pages and refund policy were checked on September 26, 2026.

Why teams move off Loganix

The first reason is how the costs stack. Loganix prices each service on its own. Its monthly SEO packages start with a $500 setup fee, then $500 a month for two guest post links, or $1,000 a month for two links on sites averaging DA 40 or higher. AI Brand Links cost $400 to $500 per placement. SEO copywriting starts at $149 for 500 words, plus $100 for each additional 500. Each line is reasonable alone, but a team buying links and articles every month ends up with a large invoice spread across several order types.

The second reason is trust in the placements. Loganix scores 4.5 out of 5 across 114 Trustpilot reviews, and most praise fast turnaround and responsive support. An August 2026 review said the opposite about quality, though, calling most of the sites offered link farms with AI imagery and content on a hundred unrelated topics. A thread in r/SEO asked whether paid link services such as Loganix and The HOTH work at all. The replies leaned skeptical. The top one came from a buyer who said links from similar vendors had mostly been money down the drain.

Building Backlinks: Do any of these paid services actually work?

I see resources like FatJoe, Loganix, TheHoth, etc., advertised and sometimes even mentioned as ways to outsource link building. Looks like they offer different types of backlinks as well (guest posts, link insertions, etc). Has anyone actu...

The third reason is AI search. Loganix now sells placements aimed at AI answers, and its AI visibility page offers a free Quick Scan delivered within 24 hours. The same page marks its owned-content product, AI Onsite, as coming soon. AI press releases come with a citation report on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini seven days after going live, but no Loganix service tracks your own buyer questions week by week. Teams that want that view end up tracking it somewhere else.

What comes with you when you switch from Loganix

Most of what you bought already lives outside Loganix. Here's what to account for:

  • Backlinks from guest posts, niche edits and AI Brand Links, live on publishers' sites
  • Articles from the blog writing and SEO copywriting services, delivered to you
  • Monthly package reports and white-label reports in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Reddit comment and post URLs, plus the weekly summaries
  • Final reports from citation building or cleanup campaigns

The links and articles are safe. The reports and URL lists are the part to gather, because they're scattered across emails and the dashboard.

How to export your data from Loganix

We couldn't find a public help center that documents a bulk export from the Loganix dashboard. So the export is a gathering job: start from the deliverables you already have, then ask support to fill the gaps.

Every link Loganix placed for you should end up in a single spreadsheet.

  1. Open each delivery report and copy every link into the sheet: the live URL, your target page, the anchor text and the delivery date.
  2. Add a column for the order each link came from, so you can match links to invoices later.
  3. Load each URL and confirm the page is still live and still links to you.
  4. Email support and ask for a spreadsheet of every order with its live URL and delivery date, to catch anything the reports missed.

The delivery date matters most. Loganix's refund policy guarantees each link stays live for at least six months from delivery, and it says claims under that guarantee must be made within 180 days of delivery. The policy doesn't say whether the guarantee survives cancellation, so ask support to confirm it in writing before you leave.

Copy shared reports into your own drive

Loganix's marketplace FAQ says it delivers white-label reports as unbranded Google Docs and Sheets. A shared file stays in the owner's account, so you can lose it if the sharing changes after you leave. Open each one and use File, then Make a copy, so a copy lives in your own Google Drive.

Articles, Reddit and local citations

Articles from the writing services arrive as finished drafts, so keep the source files with their briefs. For Reddit marketing, save every comment and post URL from the dashboard and the weekly summaries. Loganix's Reddit page says it places posts and comments under topic-relevant accounts, which means those accounts aren't yours and the URLs are the only record you keep.

For citation building or cleanup, save the final report. Loganix's refund policy notes that some directories take longer than the 6 to 8 week campaign to update, and asks customers to check pending listings after the final report arrives.

RANKCONTROL

Know exactly what AI says about your competitors.

RankControl's Recon Agent monitors competitor citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Google AI Mode. See where they show up and you don't.

Time the notice, then settle open issues

The 30-day cancellation period sets your calendar. Send the notice at least 30 days before the date you want billing to end. Loganix's FAQ says the first batch of package links is delivered within 8 weeks of the start date and later batches every 4 weeks, so ask which links are still in progress and when they'll land. Those links belong in your inventory too.

Raise any quality concerns before you go. Loganix's refund policy says it doesn't refund paid subscriptions or services, and purchases are final once work is complete. Its 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee asks you to email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. If Loganix can't fix the problem, it issues a credit for the full amount that doesn't expire. A credit only helps if you order again, so flag problems with recent deliveries while you're still a customer.

What changes when you move

Loganix does one job RankControl doesn't. It builds and cleans up local citations across business directories, starting with a $7 citation audit, and RankControl has no directory-listing service.

The bigger change is where the work lives. Loganix places content on other people's sites, one order at a time. RankControl puts articles on your own domain every month and then checks whether AI engines cite them. That fits what the larger studies show. An Ahrefs analysis of 75,000 brands found brand web mentions tracked AI visibility about three times more closely than backlinks did, and our own 20-site backlink test pointed the same way. Links still help pages rank in Google, and those rankings feed its AI Overviews.

Where everything lands in RankControl

Free AI Quick ScanAI visibility tracking: 50 queries checked weekly across six AI engines, with a citation history per engine
White-label reports in Docs and SheetsThe Reports screen and a weekly email with new citations and ranking gains

The Reddit row changes the most in practice. Loganix posts under topic-relevant accounts, not yours. RankControl's Social agent finds threads where a published article fits and checks each community's rules. Then it drafts a reply for you to post from your own account, so the history and the reputation build under your name.

The switch from Loganix, step by step

  1. Find your next billing date and count back 30 days. That's your notice deadline.
  2. Build the link inventory from your delivery reports, and ask support for the full order list.
  3. Copy every shared Doc and Sheet into your own Google Drive.
  4. Raise any concerns about deliveries from the last 30 days.
  5. Start RankControl's 7-day trial. Connect your CMS through the destination you use, let RankControl build your brand profile from your site, and name up to 10 competitors.
  6. Add up to 50 buyer questions to track. The CLI's query-add takes one query per call, so a short loop adds them all.
  7. Send the cancellation notice in writing, and keep the reply along with the answer on the link guarantee.
  8. Six months after your newest link was delivered, recheck the inventory one last time.

What your month looks like afterwards

The work moves from placing orders to approving pages. Titles land on a calendar and articles arrive for review. Approved ones publish to your site as native posts. Auto-publish is off by default, so nothing goes live until you've seen it.

The spend changes shape too. At Loganix's SEO copywriting rate, a 2,000-word article costs $449 before it's published. Ten a month would come to $4,490, before any links. RankControl is one plan at $400 a month for up to 100 pages, with tracking and outreach included.

Doing the RankControl side by hand is heavy. Researching, writing, linking and publishing 20 articles takes 40 to 60 hours a month, and checking 50 questions on six AI engines takes about five hours a week. Those are rough estimates. With a per-order service, the publishing and the weekly checking stay with your team.

You can keep ordering placements one at a time, with your new link inventory as the map. Or RankControl's agents can run the month for you while your team approves the pages.

Your competitors are getting cited by AI. You're not.

Every day without citation tracking is a day your competitors pull ahead in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
