1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RankControl (“rctrl.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RankControl is a content and lead generation platform that creates content optimized for Google rankings and AI citations. Our services include:

• AI-optimized content generation and publishing
• Content publishing to your own website via CMS integrations (WordPress plugin, CMS APIs, webhooks)
• AI visibility monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms
• Lead capture and attribution tracking
• Backlink building services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

The subscription is billed monthly or annually via PayPal and begins with a 30-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis once the trial ends. You may cancel at any time — including during the trial, at no charge — and your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

• RankControl ($400/mo or $4,000/yr): 100 pages/month, 2 content hubs/month, 500 tracked queries, all AI models, intent-scored lead capture, priority support
• Dedicated Strategist add-on ($1,500/mo): optional; billed separately, no free trial, cancellable independently of the base subscription

5. Content Ownership

All content generated by RankControl for your account is owned by you. We retain no rights to your generated content once published. You are responsible for ensuring the content is used lawfully and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading

7. Publishing Integrations

We publish approved articles to your website through integrations you connect — such as the RankControl WordPress plugin, your CMS's API, or a webhook endpoint. Published articles are hosted and served by your own site. You are responsible for keeping your integration connected (e.g. keeping the plugin installed and its key valid) and for your site's own availability. We are not liable for downtime or issues arising from your site, hosting, or CMS configuration.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankControl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
