Before you invite anyone
What roles are available?
Owner and member. The owner always has full access. Every member carries per-screen permissions cut to their job, so a role is a starting point, not a straitjacket.
How granular do permissions get?
Seven areas, each set to none, read, or write per person: Overview, Content, Visibility, Brand Control, Link Control, Analytics, and Reports. Your writer can edit content and read analytics without ever seeing billing or brand settings.
How do invites work?
Invite by email with the permissions you choose. When that person signs in with the invited address, they land in your workspace automatically. Pending invites can be revoked at any time before acceptance.
Can a teammate publish without my sign-off?
Only if you gave them Content write. Keep write with the people you trust to ship, set everyone else to read, and turn auto-publish off if you want every article to wait for a human.
Do extra seats cost more?
No. One plan, seats included. Invite your writer, your VA, and your co-founder without watching a per-seat meter.
Do teammates get CLI and MCP access too?
No. CLI and MCP access is owner-only. One browser approval connects your terminal with full workspace access, and a teammate's login never extends to the command line. Billing is not reachable through any key.
What happens when someone leaves?
