Enrich Labs sells Helena, an AI marketing agent that runs your content, ads, email and social, so a switch from Enrich Labs reaches further than your blog. Helena works inside your own tools. Its posts sit in your CMS and its campaigns in your ad accounts, with flows in your email platform, and all of them keep going after you leave.
Enrich Labs is a California company led by co-founder and CEO Seijin Jung. Its self-serve plans cost $39, $99 or $199 a month and run on credits. Specialist agents for SEO, ads and email come with Enterprise plans.
This guide covers what stays, what disappears, how cancelling works, and where the search work lands in RankControl. I read Enrich Labs' pricing, terms and privacy pages on September 27, 2026. For the two products side by side, see our RankControl vs Enrich Labs comparison.
Why teams look past Enrich Labs
Helena is a generalist. It plans across SEO, ads, email and social, and every task draws from the same credit pool. A blog article costs 2 credits, a social post or ad creative 1, an email campaign 3 and a short video 12. Starter's 200 monthly credits reset on the 1st, and only Pro Plus rolls unused credits over.

The SEO specialist, Sam, is an Enterprise agent. The self-serve plans list "AI answer-engine (GEO) optimization," but they don't say which AI engines get checked or how often. Teams that care mainly about showing up in AI answers tend to want that measured.
Volume is the other question. In April, a user posted that Helena made 50 blog posts, 500+ Pinterest creatives and 40+ UGC videos in under 24 hours. That's a lot of output to have read before it carries your name.
I tested an all-in-one AI agent platform… Made these in less than 24hrs • 50 blogs published • 500+ Pinterest creatives • 40+ UGC videos • automated fully Honestly… EnrichLabs is underrated. #AIagents #SEO #CreatorEconomy @enrich_labs @SeijinJung https://t.co/Rpvc0CaOzo

What stays when you switch from Enrich Labs
Everything Helena published into your own platforms stays there. That covers blog posts in WordPress, Webflow, Ghost or Strapi, and newsletters on Substack or beehiiv. It also covers social posts and Google Business Profile posts. Email flows stay in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Brevo, and campaigns stay in your Google, Meta and TikTok ad accounts.
What lives only inside Enrich Labs goes away. Its privacy page says it stores your chat logs and generated output, and keeps that data only for the length of an active subscription. That includes the strategy, the brand knowledge base and the learning files Helena built from your results. Those files hold what the agent learned from grading each campaign against your targets.

The running meter
I call it the running meter: work an agent set up inside your own accounts that keeps running, and spending, after the agent is gone. Helena builds and runs Google and Meta campaigns and email flows, and those don't stop when your Enrich Labs plan does. Ads keep spending at the budgets the agent set, and flows keep sending to whoever triggers them. Once the connection is gone, nothing is tuning them anymore, and your team may not know they exist.
Agencies have taught this lesson for years. In r/PPC, someone moving ads in-house asked what to cover before the handoff. Replies said to get admin ownership of every account and a write-up of the UTM structure, scripts and conversion tracking. One reply added a warning: revoke the agency's access, so it doesn't keep making automated adjustments on top of yours.
What offboarding questions should I ask my PPC agency before we part ways?
I’m offboarding our PPC agency at the end of the year and moving everything in house. I want to make sure I cover all the bases before the handoff. For anyone who’s gone through this already what questions do you wish you asked before offbo...
So list every campaign, ad set, flow and scheduled post Helena created, with its budget or schedule. Mark each one keep, pause or delete, and make those changes yourself before you revoke access.
How to export your data from Enrich Labs
Enrich Labs doesn't document an export feature, an API or a help article on leaving. So an Enrich Labs export is two jobs: copying what lives only in the workspace, and backing up what already sits in your platforms.
| What | Where it lives | How to keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy, brand knowledge base, learning files | Helena's workspace | Copy them out while you're subscribed |
| Key chats and daily briefs | Helena's workspace | Copy or save the ones you use |
| Blog posts | Your CMS | Your CMS's own export |
| Campaign history | Your ad accounts | Stays in Google Ads, Meta and TikTok |
| Email flows and lists | Your email platform | Stay in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Brevo |
If you're on Pro Plus and turned on Google Drive or Docs sync, check what's already in your Drive. For anything else, email [email protected] in writing before your last billing date, since the retention window closes with the subscription.
Read what was published, too. In r/microsaas this September, a founder asked how much they let an agent publish before reading it. Most replies said they read anything with a claim, a number or a comparison, because agents oversell in small ways. Search your posts for claims about your product that aren't quite true.
How much do you let an agent publish under your name before you read it?
I'm building a small AI product on my own and have been using agents on the marketing side. Turning what I already know into drafts takes no time now. Reading those drafts did not get any faster, and it only takes one claim that overstates...
Take back access
Helena connects to a lot. Enrich Labs lists more than 3,000 integrations, so work from your own side:
- In your Google account's third-party connections, remove access for Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Business Profile and YouTube.
- In Facebook, open Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Remove the Enrich Labs app there, and remove its partner access in Meta Business too.
- Uninstall the Shopify app, and remove the WordPress, Webflow or Ghost connection.
- Rotate API keys for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo and any CRM, and remove the Slack app.
- Disconnect the social accounts, and sign out of the Mac app.
Helena also works as a Claude connector. Seijin Jung posted in September that it had reached the top of Claude's trending connectors. If you added it, remove it from your connectors in Claude as well.
we hit no.1 on Claude's trending connectors last week! beyond thrilled to empower more claude users with the best marketing tool stack including 100+ curated skills/tools and 3.5k+ custom integrations. try yourself here: https://t.co/1lBRVUhFaw https://t.co/4rIcP2NjRi
Seijin Jung@SeijinJungSep 21, 2026Cancel Enrich Labs and the refund terms
Cancel from your account or billing settings. The terms say a cancellation after a paid period starts takes effect at the end of that period, with access until then and no further charge. If you're still inside the 3-day trial, cancelling before it ends means you're not charged.
Refunds are unlikely. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and cancelling after a charge doesn't refund or prorate the current period. Credits aren't cash and can't be redeemed, so spend what you have on the copying and cleanup before the period ends.
After you cancel, you can ask [email protected] to delete everything. The terms are governed by California law, and Enrich Labs can also end the agreement at any time with notice, so don't leave the copying until the last week.
Where things land in RankControl
RankControl has no import tool, and it covers search and AI answers rather than every channel. If Helena ran your ads and email, those need another owner.
| From Enrich Labs | Into RankControl |
|---|---|
| Blog posts in your CMS | Stay as internal link targets |
| Brand knowledge base | A new brand profile, drafted from your site at setup |
| Keyword and strategy notes | Reference while the planner builds your calendar |
| Social posts | RankControl drafts social posts from each article |
| GEO optimization | Up to 50 questions, checked weekly on six engines |
| Ads and email | Stay in those platforms; RankControl doesn't run them |
The content engine plans titles from the questions you're losing and publishes up to 100 pages a month as native posts through one of nine destinations. Auto-publish stays off until you turn it on, so you can read everything first. AI visibility tracking checks ChatGPT, Claude and four more engines every week and shows which sources each answer quoted. Link Control sends each pitch from your own mailbox after you approve it.
200+ SaaS teams already track their AI citations.
They know exactly when ChatGPT mentions their brand, and when it stops. Do you?

The switch from Enrich Labs, step by step
- List every campaign, flow and scheduled post Helena created.
- Copy the knowledge base, strategy and briefs out of the workspace.
- Back up your CMS and read what was published.
- Start the RankControl trial and connect your CMS.
- Take over or pause the campaigns, then cancel Enrich Labs.
- Revoke every connection and ask for deletion.
The copying takes an afternoon. The slower work is publishing pages that answer your buyers' questions and getting other sites to mention them. You can run that by hand after the switch, or RankControl's agents can run it every month for $400, with a 7-day free trial. Before you start, the free AI visibility check shows who ChatGPT cites for three questions from your market.
How often does ChatGPT mention your brand?
Most founders have no idea. The answer might surprise you.
